Q: I want a quote — I’m not sure yet if I’m getting a tattoo.
A: Please still fill out the booking form. It gives me the details I need to provide an accurate quote and determine whether your concept is something I can take on. Don’t worry! submitting the form does not automatically schedule an appointment.
Q: I just filled out the form. How soon will I see my design?
A: I usually start working on designs about one week before your appointment. A rough draft will be shared 2–3 days prior to your session, as long as your form includes a clear, detailed description of your idea.
Q: Do you tattoo fingers, feet, head, or face?
A: I no longer take on finger tattoos. These placements tend to fade quickly, heal inconsistently, and often require repeated touch-ups — something I learned firsthand during my apprenticeship. For similar reasons, I also do not tattoo feet, face, head, or any private areas.
Q: Do you do red ink or color tattoos?
A: I currently offer black and grey only. I no longer use red or other colors, as they often fade faster and may require more frequent touch-ups.
Q: How do I care for my tattoo?
A: Please refer to the Aftercare Instructions section for detailed guidance on both Saniderm (second skin) and plastic wrap healing methods. If you have any other questions, feel free to DM me on Instagram.
Q: Can I bring a guest to my appointment?
A: Guests are not allowed during appointments. This helps maintain focus and keeps the workspace comfortable for me and the artists around me. If you have a special situation, please reach out on Instagram beforehand.
Q: Will I need a touch-up?
A: Most clients don’t need one if proper aftercare is followed. Some placements with thinner or high-friction skin may fade sooner. I offer one free touch-up within 4 months of your session. After that, a small fee will apply.
Q: Is getting a tattoo painful?
A: Some discomfort is expected, but pain levels vary depending on the placement and your personal tolerance. If you’re concerned, we can always take breaks or split your design into multiple sessions.
Q: How long should I wait before working out or swimming?
A: Tattoos take around 4 weeks to fully heal. Once peeling is done and your skin feels smooth again, it’s usually safe to resume workouts or go swimming. Avoid soaking or excessive sweating during the initial healing phase.
Q: Can I get tattooed while breastfeeding?
A: For safety and health reasons, I do not tattoo clients who are currently breastfeeding.
Q: Can I use numbing cream, or do you provide any?
A: I do not provide or recommend numbing creams. They can affect how your skin reacts to the needle and may interfere with the healing process.
Q: Can I book multiple designs in one appointment?
A: It depends on the size and complexity of each piece. If you’re looking to get a few small tattoos in one session, that’s usually fine! Just mention this in your booking form so I can plan accordingly.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept Cash, Venmo, or Zelle for the remaining balance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: My availability varies, so I recommend submitting your booking form as early as possible to improve your chances of getting your preferred date.
Q: Can I change my design after submitting the form?
A: Small adjustments can be made during the draft stage (shared 2–3 days before your session). Major changes may require rescheduling or a new deposit, depending on how significant the revision is.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: I work by appointment only. To get started, please fill out the booking form. Submitting the form does not confirm a date yet — I’ll reach out to schedule after reviewing your request.
