Booking Policies

  • Each client must fill out their booking form.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and required to reserve your spot and start your design. The deposit will be applied to your final cost. The remaining balance is due at your appointment — Cash, Debit/Credit, and Venmo. (Tips are always appreciated!)

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 30 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or shortened if there is insufficient time remaining.

  • No-shows without notice via text will lose future booking privileges.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours / 2 days’ notice for reschedules or cancellations. Life happens! I completely understand, but last-minute changes can impact my schedule and the other artists I work alongside.

  • If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your original deposit will be used to cover the missed slot. A new deposit will be required to rebook (and will still count toward your tattoo).

  • For safety and space reasons, no extra guests are allowed — unless they also have a scheduled appointment. No children and no pets.
